    Retreat Center  508-222-8530

The National Shrine of our Lady of La Salette has been a spiritual, social and human service home to thousands of people from all walks of life for over 60 years. The words “Come Nearer my Children”are not only the words Mary spoke at La Salette in 1846, but words we live here at La Salette.

Our doors and grounds are open to all who need a place to quiet down, relax and find the strength to begin again.   Our weekly soup kitchen  feeds about one hundred people a week.   Our various prayer groups give people direction and depth.

No matter who you are, we invite you to respond to Mary's words:  "Come Nearer."  You will find a welcome here.

If you are looking for information on the Retreat Center go here.

Very soon, all volunteers will have received a packet in the mail containing all they need to complete this year’s Safe Environment training online.

Please have all of the CORI forms and Certificates returned to us no later than October 25. Without these forms submitted to the Diocese of Fall River, they will not allow you to volunteer.

For more information, on the Safe Environment process, please click HERE.

As always if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact Justin Richardson at lssafeenvironment@gmail.com.

The loss of a loved one is always difficult. Even more difficult is the loss of a beloved due to drug use. There can be embarrassment and guilt on top of the grief. This group is for those who suffered such a loss. It is a confidential group. It doesn't matter whether it has been 1 week or 10 years since your loss. If you are still suffering you are welcome to join this group which knows what you've been through. Father Ted Brown, ms-facilator.
